Insights on the Spanish data center market at PLL and the University of Zaragoza

Exciting developments in Spain’s data center market!

Our VP Sales Iberia, Máximo Escriche, shared insights at the PLL Gathering in Madrid on 9th April, highlighting Spain’s potential to emerge as Europe’s next data center hub – organized by SPAINDC and CBRE España.

Joining him were Antonio Ríos Suanzes, Manuel Gimenez Rasero, Pablo J. Román Sarramián, and Francisco Porras.

Máximo also joined another insightful panel at the Universidad de Zaragoza Friday, April 12th, at Patio de la Infanta of Ibercaja.

The discussion focused on land, real estate, and investment opportunities, including the suitability of different land types for diverse applications such as data centers. Moderated by Miguel Ángel Gómez Rando, Director of CBRE Zaragoza, and featuring top industry experts David Romera, Head of Investment and Asset Management at Valfondo Investment Management, and Jorge Pena, CEO of Innoliva.
